Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least one to three years project management experience or relevant equivalencies
At least one to three years planning and executing events
Preferred requirements:
At least one to two years graphic design experience
Proven success conceptualizing and implementing new, creative ideas in event design or production.
At least one to three years utilizing team members and/or volunteers to successfully execute events
Experience with planning and executing hybrid events to include in-person and virtual guests
Experience with budget development and management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to apply strong attention to detail in reviewing tasks and priorities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to apply excellent writing, critical and creative thinking skills to tasks and responsibilities
Ability to resolve problems and find solutions quickly
Ability to be punctual and arrive at work and events on time
Ability to remain professional at all times when interacting with donors, guests and co-workers
