Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
At least one year of specialized education or training in business management, education, or a related field
At least wo years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Applicable equivalencies may be considered for the above qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Student Services/Student Affairs
Experience with VA Education Benefits
Experience with food pantry management
Experience with student programming and engagement platform, HogSync
Familiarity with military culture or veteran student support
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge of computers and software applications
Ability to prepare, present, and review oral and written information and reports
Ability to research and analyze related work program information
Ability to plan, organize, and direct the work of others
Ability to provide exemplary customer service skills
