Responsibilities
- Lead large initiatives supporting spacecraft operations procedure development and flight rules.
- Provide technical and operational leadership for pre-flight testing and spacecraft readiness.
- Operate crewed and uncrewed missions including commissioning, on-orbit operations, anomaly resolution, and deorbit.
- Analyze vehicle telemetry and deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements enhancing Mission Operations systems and software.
- Develop training materials and conduct training for console operators.
- Collaborate with Mission Management to align customer requirements and concepts of operation.
- Mentor and coach junior Mission Operations Engineers.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, software engineering, or related field.
