- Answer and manage incoming customer communications via calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and facilitate efficient check-in processes
- Monitor wait times, identify workflow bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiency
- Provide beverages/snacks and ensure customers feel welcomed and engaged
- Listen empathetically to customers, address complaints, and resolve issues swiftly
- Encourage customer feedback and share positive responses with the team
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer financial records
- Accompany customers to exit and express appreciation for their trust
- Engage with customers while waiting to optimize satisfaction and emergency room utilization
- Communicate customer needs and feedback to medical staff
- Maintain confidentiality and assist customers with financial solutions
- Educate and follow up on post-visit care, including sensitive end-of-life options
- Facilitate virtual visits when customers cannot be present
- Create personalized and creative customer participation experiences
