What You’ll Bring
Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience, including at least 3 years supporting large, complex organizations; experience in marketing, retail, or digital environments preferred.
Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business strategy and align people initiatives to drive results.
Influence: Strong relationship-building, coaching, and consulting skills with senior leaders.
Change Agility: Demonstrated success leading organizations through change and transformation.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, diagnose trends, and develop actionable plans.
Culture Champion: Deep commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performance culture.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
