We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Digital Accounts (Cards) Product Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this position, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of Western Union's prepaid and debit card portfolios worldwide. You will play a crucial role in product management, product ownership, development, and innovation, shaping the future of our digital payment solutions on a global scale.
This a diverse role spanning 0-1 product development and program implementations as well managing existing programs
Role Responsibilities:
Strategic development and management of Western Union's prepaid and debit card products bit domestically and internationally.
Drive product innovation and development, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality products.
Implement agile methodologies to accelerate product development and enhance collaboration.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product direction and positioning.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure global market relevance and compliance.
Regularly report on product performance, insights, and strategies to senior management.
Role Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in prepaid and/or debit card issuance, product management, and product development.
Proven track record as an independent contributor in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience with agile software development methodologies.
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred:
A combination of startup and larger company/Fortune 500 experience
International business experience is highly advantageous.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in one or more regions.

Salary
The base salary range is $91,000-$125,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
