The Timeshare Director of Sales in Florida leads on-site resort sales operations, driving revenue through strategic planning, team leadership, and guest engagement. This role oversees a high-performing sales team, ensures compliance with Florida timeshare regulations, and adapts to seasonal tourism patterns and diverse guest demographics. The Director is responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of ethical sales practices and operational excellence. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with professionalism and integrity.
