Position Purpose

Essential Functions and Accountabilites

Requirements

  

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduate.
  • This position requires the employee to be in the office a minimum of three days per week, with the option for remote work on other days as determined by the department and organizational needs.


Desirable Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
  • Strong communication, writing, and copyediting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of web content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative mindset and eye for detail.

Physical and Mental Demands
