Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate customer business processes into technical designs aligned with solution architecture
- Design and integrate enterprise software solutions ensuring seamless interaction with Zuora products
- Configure and extend Zuora products to meet customer-specific requirements
- Develop business process automations, reports, connectors, and data integrations following best practices
- Optimize data conversions, integrations, and custom extensions for complex requirements
- Provide technical support during project phases including testing, debugging, and compliance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
