- Prepare insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, providing valuable financial insights to internal departments.
- Enter payments into QuickBooks meticulously, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounts.
- Proactively engage with customers through calls and emails to manage accounts receivable within targeted limits.
- Enter vendor information into QuickBooks, ensuring timely and accurate bill payments aligned with vendor contract terms.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP) role, demonstrating a strong track record of financial acumen.
