Responsibilities: Lead infrastructure and software deployment automation, manage cloud implementations, establish deployment pipelines, and provide strategic analysis and technical guidance across teams.
Skills: Proficiency in CI/CD automation tools (preferably Jenkins), infrastructure automation (ideally Ansible), cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and strong programming skills in languages like Python, Perl, or Ruby.
Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant IT experience with knowledge of Agile methodology and ITIL; Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred.
Location: This is a fully remote position available to applicants authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation: $130000 - $140000 / Annually

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help us fulfill that mission.
The primary objective of this Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for infrastructure and software deployment automation as well as architecting and implementing the underlying platform. This position has technical strength to review and choose solutions, implement technology that supports the cloud delivery needs of the organization. Function as part of a team that works closely with Software Development, QA, Performance, and Security teams to achieve streamlined continuous integration/delivery objectives.
The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. We anticipate offering a market competitive annual salary in the range of $130,000 - $140,000. ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity. The position is not incentive eligible.
This is a remote position (can also be onsite or hybrid if in Iowa City, Iowa area)
