As a Manager of DevSecOps, you will lead the strategy and execution of secure, scalable DevOps practices that power a high-performing automation platform used by major organizations. This role combines leadership and technical depth—guiding a team of engineers, ensuring the stability and security of cloud environments, and driving continuous delivery across development pipelines. You'll work closely with engineering leaders to instill a DevOps-first culture, foster innovation, and strengthen infrastructure and information security standards in a highly collaborative, mission-driven setting.

Accountabilities:

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across environments.
• Drive adoption of standardized DevOps practices, including change management, release automation, and secure configurations.
• Champion a strong service delivery mindset and foster a high-performance, collaborative DevSecOps culture.
• Implement and enforce robust information security practices aligned with ISO27001 standards.
• Support and mentor the DevSecOps team, enabling continuous skill development and successful project execution.
• Lead effective incident response and resolution for platform-related customer escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and deployment strategies with business goals.
• Contribute to IT operations and internal tech initiatives, ensuring smooth company-wide system functionality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or systems engineering (or 4+ with a Master’s), including 2+ years leading DevOps or SysAdmin teams.
• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and hands-on experience implementing ISO27001-compliant practices.
• Skilled in scripting, configuration management, and cloud-native tools.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, delegating effectively, and managing technical projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is available.
