Senior Manager, Paid Search

AG1 is a mission-driven health and wellness company focused on foundational nutrition through science-backed products. They are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, Paid Search with expertise in Google and Bing paid media platforms to optimize and scale their DTC e-commerce subscription acquisition channels.

Skills

  • Extensive hands-on experience managing Google and Bing ads platforms end-to-end.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights and translate data into strategic actions.
  • Solid understanding of direct response creative strategy and its intersection with paid media.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and conversion lift studies.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Proactive and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Search, Shopping/Performance Max, and Bing.
  • Manage a seven-figure monthly budget ensuring efficient, scalable customer acquisition aligned with CAC targets.
  • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, audience segmentation, placements, and landing page experiences.
  • Collaborate with the CRO team on landing page experimentation to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and present data-driven media plans supporting brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Partner with Engineering and Analytics teams to ensure tracking integrity and attribution accuracy.
  • Deliver actionable performance insights and executive-level analysis influencing media strategy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform partners to stay ahead of trends and activate growth levers.
  • Ensure operational rigor with campaign architecture, taxonomy, and best practice implementation.
