Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including physician, payor, and vendor agreements.
- Manage M&A activities and conduct due diligence processes.
- Act as primary contact for contract-related inquiries internally.
- Develop and maintain compliance materials across jurisdictions.
- Manage audit responses and compliance escalations.
- Partner with product teams on risk assessments for AI products and new services.
- Oversee corporate governance and provide counsel on HR, employment, and litigation matters.
- Handle credentialing, licensing, and immigration issues.
Education
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state (California preferred).
