Summary
Atlassian Suite products and plugins are used for issue and work tracking and project management by many teams at Allegiant. The Service Delivery Administrator will assist in supporting all Atlassian configuration changes, including the evaluation and support of plugins across multiple environments. The Service Delivery Administrator will work independently on occasion with multiple areas of the company assisting with process automation and reporting. Responsible for the elicitation and analysis of requirements in collaboration with Process Owners, Developers, Vendors and stakeholders, and effectively translating these into functional /configuration requirements of the target solution. Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions. Prepares test cases and scripts that are relevant to the design and functional requirements while adhering to Allegiant defined quality and governance standards and procedures. Collaborates with Process Owners/Business stakeholders to ensure test applicability. Conducts and may assist with the coordination of system functional testing with internal or external resources as directed.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Years of Experience: Minimum four (4) years experience in Atlassian Suite administration.
Preferred Requirements
•Familiarity with IT and SDLC is a plus.
•Strong business process analysis and problem skills required.
•Strong Knowledge of Atlassian Suite and infrastructure.
•Friendly and active personality as the role interfaces with customers internal and external to IT.
•Possesses good organization and precision skills.
•Be willing to work directly with customers in developing workflows, screens, etc., to fit their desired outcome.
•Ability to understand what the customer wants, and to provide guidance on what may or may not work with regards to workflows, customization, etc.
•Ability to build collaborative relationships.
•Possess overall business acumen.
•Identify opportunities to be creative and innovative.
•Ability to configure and customize service management system, including workflow creation and documentation.
•Ability to use ITIL v4 Methodology to analyze and streamline existing business processes.
Job Duties
•Administration of Atlassian Support of added plugins.
•Provide Enterprise support and sometimes make recommendations.
•Provide support with development of new solutions.
•Provide technical assistance and training in using JIRA and other tools, as identified.
•Assist with creating new processes and Workflow Creation Create Jira Dashboards Answer Jira/Confluence Support Tickets Create workflows Provide reports on ticket usage Operations and Support - Responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of applications for the assigned IT functional areas.
•Active role in managing and reporting RCA process.
•Create automation for workflows.
•This includes providing 2nd or 3rd level incident support, change management, and maintaining the upkeep of technical records and documentation.
•Collaboratively works with internal employees, vendors, and consultants to effectively implement solutions.
•Manage application architecture licensing for Atlassian suite.
•Develops and maintains mutually productive relationships in the workplace and contributes to the team.
•Cooperates and acts as a team player.
•Engages with Application vendors under guidance and in alignment with ALLEGIANT TRAVEL COMPANY stakeholders and strategy.
•Conducts guided research and analysis on new and innovative solutions, releases, enhancements and considers their applicability to ALLEGIANT TRAVEL COMPANY.
•Contributes to the identification and implementation of means to improve the qualities and efficiencies of IT processes, systems, and results.
•Keeps abreast of current technologies and professional concepts as it relates to the assigned IT functional area.
•Assist and manage Adhoc projects as assigned.
•Other duties as assigned.
