The Difference You Make:

The Analyst position will perform detailed business analysis, document business and technical requirements, maintain use case, maintain test cases and perform testing.  The position will actively interact with business users and technology team members.  The incumbent delivers products using the Scrum methodologies to ensure the highest priorities are delivered first.

• Perform business analysis across multiple business units.
• Maintains business requirements, use cases and test cases.
• Contributes to application software reporting initiatives.
• Maintains and supports existing software applications. Identifies and resolves app issues and bugs.
• Interacts with business areas, and application developers to document business requirements and communicate project specifications; clarifies requirement-related issues as needed.
• Tests new installations and/or software prior to release to minimize failures and impact.
• Develops and maintains good understanding of application environment.
• Has the ability to be hands-on in investigating issues (ie. Looking at logs, running DB queries,) and learning application functionality (ie. Logging into applications,)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Information Technology or equivalent field. - Required.
• 1-3 Years of experience in business analysis, interaction with multiple teams in a professional environment.
• Able to build working relationships with others.
• Able to analyze and resolve issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.
• Able to assimilate data from a variety of sources and perform analysis.
• Able to work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
• Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to identify areas of risk/concern in area of responsibility.
• Possesses organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
