The Sourcing Lead independently manages sourcing projects across multiple categories, negotiates with suppliers, and collaborates closely with client stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills and plays a key role in delivering cost savings and process improvements for client procurement operations.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing Execution

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including strategy development, RFx execution, supplier evaluation
• Develop sourcing plans aligned with client goals, timelines, and compliance requirements.

Supplier Negotiation & Management

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value improve
• Manage supplier performance and support issue resolution in collaboration with client teams.

Category Insight & Analysis

• Analyze spend data, supplier capabilities, and market trends to inform sourcing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, consolidation, or innovation within assigned categories.

Client Engagement

• Serve as a sourcing advisor to client stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage expectations throughout the sourcing process.
• Drive and influence customer decisions relative to the project determinations. 

Process Improvement

• Recommend and implement improvements to sourcing processes, templates, and tools.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Project Leadership

• Build project plan, timelines, and expectations for various projects as assigned to drive completion with partners.
• Direct resources that are supporting the various projects to complete key tasks and meet timelines.

• 4–7 years of sourcing or procurement experience.
• Proficient in sourcing tools and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a client-facing or managed services environment.
• Procurement certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.

This position is open to North America locations outside of California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington and Maryland.
