- Experience with DoD acquisitions and complex defense programs.
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret SCI).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive strategy to penetrate and expand business within US defense agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify new opportunities and resolve program issues.
- Lead existing programs and capture campaigns in key acquisition organizations ensuring engagement with senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Drive business and financial performance growth initiatives.
- Deliver on financial commitments and build strategic market expansion.

- STEM degree preferred but not mandatory.
