Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of industrial production, manufacturing, and test support spaces.
- Scope mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work for facility changes and evolution.
- Project manage capital improvement projects from budgeting through execution and handover.
- Collaborate with equipment owners for planning future equipment moves and utility setups.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Health regulations.
- Maintain fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and utility repairs.
- Help foster a customer-focused, professional work environment.
Education
- Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certified Facility Manager credentials are a plus.
