Principal Electronics Engineer (FPGA Design / Board Design / HDL)
Skills
- Expertise in FPGA and SoC/SoM board design and testing.
- Proficiency in HDL languages such as VHDL or Verilog.
- Familiarity with MCU, CPU, FPGA devices and standard interfaces including Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB.
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, analog and digital electronics.
- Competence with test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and thermal chambers.
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar EDA tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical engineering team focused on embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking.
- Manage the full PCB development cycle for host boards including requirements, schematic capture, board layout, bring-up, testing, and integration.
- Develop and enhance workflows throughout the FPGA / HDL design lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize scalable compute solution rollout across Anduril.
- Create and maintain detailed product development schedules to ensure timely task completion.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
