Responsibilities
- Develop software across the hardware and software stack including firmware and middleware for custom embedded systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to design and maintain embedded software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and produce software designs, estimates, and schedules.
- Adhere to software development best practices including code reviews, testing, and revision control.
- Triage issues and investigate root causes to ensure system reliability.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams and subcontractors as necessary.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field focused on embedded systems.
- Security clearance required: active U.S. Top Secret with Full Scope Polygraph.
