Responsibilities
- Manage daily general office operations and coordinate logistics across multiple teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve office-related issues and enhance the work environment.
- Oversee seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics aligned with workforce needs.
- Handle office maintenance requests, preventative maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships.
- Plan and deliver workplace projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate internal team events and external client events ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory to meet operational demands.
- Communicate workplace updates and changes transparently to employees.
Education
- No specific degree required but relevant experience in startups or aerospace preferred
