Responsibilities
- Act as lead HR partner for all Commercial functions with full-cycle HR ownership of the Retail organization.
- Align with EU HR Director on People matters for European Commercial teams.
- Build and execute performance management frameworks to enhance accountability.
- Partner with Chief People Officer on compensation strategies and total rewards.
- Advise on succession planning and long-term team design.
- Lead employee relations with empathy and clarity, escalating issues as needed.
- Track and report key HR metrics, turning insights into actions.
- Own full-cycle HR support including headcount planning, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with field leaders to align People strategy with business context.
Education
- Relevant higher education degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related fields.
