Skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with SaaS or PLG business models preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and quarterly financial cadences including close packages, forecast updates, and headcount reconciliation.
- Maintain consolidated financial forecasts, headcount plans, and corporate financial models to support key decision-making.
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reporting including P&L summaries and variance analyses.
- Partner with teams across G&A, GTM, and R&D to drive financial accountability focusing on operational expenses and headcount.
- Build and enhance scalable planning tools and processes, emphasizing automation and systems enablement.
- Contribute to company-wide planning cycles including Annual and Long Range Plans.
- Translate financial results and KPIs into actionable business insights on risks and opportunities for leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
