Responsibilities
Finance Department
Ø Set-up Google Docs network within the EDSI Corporate office
Ø Work within SharePoint
Ø Assist controller with modifying Cost Allocation Plans
Ø Assist with preparing financial statements
Ø Assist with the Corporate bank reconciliation
Ø Roll forward budgets for new contract year
Ø Assist with invoicing
Ø Assist with pulling invoice detail
Ø Proof budgets
Ø Review cash receipts report
Ø Review payroll data
Ø Assist with external auditor – Yeo & Yeo
o Set-up audit layout in the Portal
o Searched for detail to support auditors sample selection
o Uploaded detail backup for audit sample selection
o Set up cash confirmations
Ø Assist with Budgets for Proposals (RFP)
Ø Assist EDSI to prepare for the annual ISO Audit
