Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional verbal, written, and face-to-face customer interaction
- Administer and manage Linux and Windows systems within IaaS environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
- Manage on-premises Appian environment installations and scaling
- Administer RDMS platforms including MySQL, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Postgres, and MariaDB
- Develop and maintain scripts and programs in languages such as Java, JavaScript, BASH, Perl, Ruby, C#, and PHP
- Leverage Kubernetes administration and container orchestration (preferred)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field
