- Technical leadership and architectural decision-making capabilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on perception algorithms across multiple sensor modalities including camera, lidar, and radar
- Prioritize and direct development efforts on long-range object detection and tracking
- Drive evolution of perception architecture toward a level 4 end-to-end autonomous driving stack
- Set technical direction, goals, and roadmap aligned with safety, performance, and deployment milestones
- Collaborate with machine learning, simulation, and data engineering teams to improve validation and system performance
- Lead hiring, mentoring, and career growth initiatives for the team
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
