Specialty Sales Representative - Burbank

ARS Pharmaceuticals is a fast-growing pharma company focused on launching innovative products like neffy, an intranasal epinephrine for severe allergic reactions. They seek a Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand adoption within Burbank territory by engaging healthcare providers and key stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person and virtual engagements
  • Ability to manage complex accounts and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in business analytics tools such as Tableau and Veeva
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and deliver brand value messages to meet territory business objectives
  • Develop business relationships with healthcare customers and establish as a subject matter expert
  • Conduct customer engagement meetings live or virtually with balanced clinical messaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop detailed account plans
  • Navigate payer landscapes to drive formulary access
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company values
  • Travel overnight up to 25% or more in territory

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
  • MBA or MS preferred
