As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven track record of building brand presence, managing integrated marketing and communications campaigns, and fostering effective communication both internally and externally.
Develop and implement the overall marketing and communication strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Oversee the development of engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
Manage public relations efforts, building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders
Identify and implement relevant partnerships, sponsorships and support the development of our unique one of a kind experiences
10+ years of work experience as a Director of Marketing within a luxury environment across rooms, F&B, spa and experiences
Experience building teams to successfully launch in an urban market for a global luxury brand.
Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and stay ahead of industry trends.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, ideally in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
