Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle video and audio production from concept through final delivery.
- Direct live-action and in-studio shoots including talent direction and multi-camera setups.

- Handle production logistics including equipment planning and shoot coordination.
- Create and maintain production documentation like shot lists and storyboards.
- Lead company photography efforts for events and internal initiatives.
- Pitch and develop creative video concepts aligned with brand strategy.
- Incorporate motion graphics and design using tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Maintain and manage video equipment and studio spaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, freelancers, and vendors.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Communications or related field.
