Responsibilities
- Define and execute quality strategy for multiple VR and web/backend applications
- Lead a cross-functional QA team including QA managers and engineers
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks for Unity, web, and backend systems
- Implement risk-based testing to optimize coverage and speed across diverse hardware/software
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to embed QA early and continuously
- Establish KPIs and reporting to communicate product health and release readiness
- Promote a culture of quality through mentorship and process improvement
Education
- Minimum education requirements flexible; degree not strictly required
- Relevant technical education or equivalent experience preferred
