Responsibilities
- Develop and lead HEOR strategy in collaboration with Medical Affairs and commercial teams.
- Oversee observational research and evidence generation plans to inform stakeholders.
- Provide HEOR expertise supporting product development, market access, and commercialization.
- Design and manage real-world evidence studies and economic modeling analyses.
- Lead creation of global value dossiers and health economic submissions.
- Train internal and external stakeholders on HEOR methodologies and insights.
- Collaborate in publication planning and represent Axsome at scientific meetings.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Education
- Advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, health outcomes research, or related field (MSc, MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD).
