Responsibilities

- Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.
- Lead legal due diligence and risk assessment for strategic transactions and business initiatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements safeguarding company interests.
- Collaborate with global legal teams and regional leadership to guide business strategies.
- Support compliance programs and provide ongoing legal guidance on regulatory matters.
- Manage dispute resolution, litigation oversight, and claims management processes.
- Advise on employment law matters and assist HR as necessary.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Massachusetts or North Carolina State Bar.
