Responsibilities
- Oversee Azurity’s North American entities and ensure compliant operations
- Provide legal guidance on business initiatives, regulatory, and commercial matters
- Lead contract negotiation, drafting, and management
- Manage legal risks, compliance programs, and dispute resolution
- Support strategic transactions and due diligence processes
- Collaborate with global legal counterparts and internal leadership
- Establish policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards
- Assist HR with employment law and risk mitigation
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar of Massachusetts or North Carolina
