Bauer: Partnership & Growth Initiatives Specialist

Bauer Hockey, a pioneering and trusted brand in the hockey community since 1927, is seeking a Partnership & Growth Initiatives Specialist to drive new revenue opportunities through operational excellence and cross-functional project management in its Partnership & Growth Initiatives department.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Calm and composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic partnership and licensing concepts into structured work plans with timelines and deliverables.
  • Build and manage integrated project timelines across brand, legal, creative, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Support initiative reviews, track progress, and ensure accountability across functions.
  • Maintain regular operating rhythms including meetings, milestone check-ins, and executive updates.
  • Prepare data and briefs for division leads for internal and external meetings.
  • Recommend and implement tools to enhance planning, tracking, and communication.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses for partner and licensing projects.
  • Coordinate external partners from contracting through delivery.
  • Build dashboards for tracking KPIs, revenue contributions, and commercial performance.
  • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Support events across North America, including launches, photo shoots, and grassroots experiences.
  • Travel as needed for event management and execution.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not explicitly required.
