As a Clinical Recruiter, you will play an essential role in growing our care team and amplifying our impact nationwide. You will:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for licensed behavioral health professionals, with an initial focus on social workers who have an interest in transforming mental health care with the help of technology.
Collaborate closely with leadership to define team needs and organizational goals
Recruit clinical talent and coordinate hires in multiple states, supporting Benchmark Health’s nationwide growth and expanding access to care across diverse regions.
Source and hire clinicians who will collaborate with a team of engineers, data scientists and product teams to shape the future of care delivery through the use of AI and technology.
Source and engage both active and passive candidates via creative strategies and multiple platforms.
Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, cultural fit, and mission alignment.
Oversee communication, scheduling, and feedback for all candidates.
Maintain and improve recruiting workflows within our applicant tracking system.
Partner with our operations team to streamline onboarding, credentialing, and post-hire follow-through.
Analyze and report on hiring metrics to refine recruiting effectiveness.
Drive inclusive hiring practices and champion diversity at every touchpoint.
We seek a passionate recruiter ready to make an impact:
Experience: 3–5 years’ full-cycle recruiting, with at least two years in healthcare or clinical roles (mental health or licensed clinician hiring).
Success Hiring Behavioral Health Professionals: Demonstrated record of recruiting LCSWs, LICSWs, LMHCs, psychologists, or similar roles.
Licensure Knowledge: Deep understanding of licensure requirements for behavioral health roles.
Collaboration Skills: Adept at building relationships and working cross-functionally within a growing organization.
Mission-Driven: Strong interest in mental health and a deep alignment with our mission to expand access to care.
Startup Mindset: Prior work in a startup or growth-stage company is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; connect authentically with candidates and stakeholders.
Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Results- and goal-driven with a passion for sourcing standout talent.
Highly adaptable and flexible; thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficient with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and analytics.
This is a remote-first position open to candidates based anywhere in the United States, able to work standard Eastern or Central Time hours.
Occasional onsite meetings or events may be required.
