- Strong writing and presentation skills for senior management communication.

Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate collateral data including financial statements and write comprehensive watchlist comments for CMBS and Agency loans.
- Manage workflow to ensure timely preparation and delivery of watchlists for assigned deals.
- Coordinate and respond to investor, rating agency, and client inquiries with accurate communication.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers on issues related to pool, loan, and collateral performance.
- Organize and lead periodic conference calls and meetings with deal participants.
- Evaluate and report impacts of significant events on pool performance to stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal servicing staff to provide data requested by rating agencies and investors.
- Coordinate with Special Servicers for accurate reporting on specially-serviced assets.
- Assist in preparation of annual portfolio reviews to monitor trends.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
