This role will be based in our West Hartford, CT office. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent and timely customer service and support to our jewelry insurance clients. You will need to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 4 months of employment. The company will pay for your time and fees associated with obtaining the license.
