This role is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Delivery Management and is open to Remote (US). #LIRemote
We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead enterprise-level onboarding and implementation projects for major insurance carriers. This role is a critical part of our partner delivery team, helping our Enterprise partners unlock the full value of our SaaS platform through efficient, scalable, and high-quality implementations. In this role you will:
Own the end-to-end implementation process and timeline—from kickoff to go-live—and serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, engineering, customer success, and compliance to ensure client needs are met while maintaining alignment with our platform’s capabilities and roadmap.
Work directly with Business Systems Analysts and Engineers to implement our core offering for enterprise customers.
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Technical Program Managers to deliver roadmapped initiatives to enterprise customers.
Serve as the dedicated delivery point of contact for Enterprise customers
Document initial scope and ongoing scope changes and decisions throughout the partner implementation process, including managing change request processes
Own exhaustive documentation as scope evolves for all contracted custom and platform features
Communicate and manage risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders, across varying levels of the organization
Build and drive annual partner roadmaps alongside Revenue and Product
This role requires a self-starter who is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining clear communication and documentation. The ideal candidate has experience working with large, complex organizations and understands the nuances of the insurance industry, including carrier-specific workflows, compliance needs, and operational challenges.
5+ years in client-facing implementation, program management, or solution delivery roles, ideally in the SaaS or InsureTech space
Proven success managing complex enterprise implementations, preferably with large insurance carriers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive outcomes without constant oversight
Deep understanding of the insurance industry—group and individual lines, underwriting, policy admin systems, and regulatory requirements is a plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of client organizations
Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to solve hard problems and deliver solutions
Experience working with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
This is a high-visibility role with significant impact on customer success and long-term growth. If you’re passionate about solving real-world problems for leading insurance brands and thrive on bringing structure to complexity—we’d love to hear from you.
