- Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, Compliance, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive accountability and execution
- Forecast and allocate resources, manage project budgets, and optimize team deployment
- Lead organizational change initiatives related to project implementation and operational scaling
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
