Responsibilities
- Manage Professional Services projects throughout the full engagement lifecycle including sales handoff, resourcing, planning, execution, and closeout.
- Ensure timely communication with all key stakeholders and resolve project issues and risks.
- Maintain customer relationships to meet objectives and statement of work deliverables.
- Plan and manage resources to meet scope and budget expectations.
- Maintain project data in OpenAir PSA application and support internal revenue recognition and invoicing processes.
- Create and uphold project management methodology and documentation.
- Provide professional Project Management services to GuidePoint customers.
- Adhere to GuidePoint Security Core Values.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
