Schedule: Full Time

 

Delta Secondary seeks an impact player and difference maker to join our sales team as a Sales Representative who is detailed and natural at building professional relationships. We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts, leading the quoting and pricing process, setting account strategy and driving continuous improvement of the sales team.

The Sales Representative is a very important team member at Delta Secondary as you will lead the development of pricing and deal structure, provide exceptional customer service with each and every interaction with our customers and provide quick, accurate service.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Works with customers and prospects to identify key players and understand their needs
  • Leads the development of pricing and deal structure
  • Responsible for customer account management and growing share of wallet
  • Following with customers on open sales quotes and orders
  • Prepares and maintains sales quotes
  • Maintains communication between Sales, Quality Control, and Shipping on open quotes / orders
  • Provides recommendations and assists with implementation of sales process improvements

Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sales or Marketing
  • 1-2 years sales experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel in particular)
  • CRM experience strongly desired
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
