Responsibilities
- Manage corporate income tax compliance across various domestic and international jurisdictions.
- Oversee external resources for quarterly and annual income tax provision reporting.
- Lead multi-state and city property and use tax compliance filings.
- Provide strategic guidance on international tax matters and entity structure.
- Deliver timely tax-related cash flow and expense information for finance forecasting and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and assist management with tax process improvements.
- Lead and mentor two direct reports.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers and assess tax function insourcing/outsourcing opportunities.
- Assist with special tax projects as needed.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- Master’s degree and/or CPA credentials highly preferred.
