Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Requirements Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements to support the successful delivery of products and solutions. Act as a critical bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of the requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and technical leads to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
- Create and maintain artifacts such as requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Identify gaps, conflicts, or inconsistencies in requirements and propose solutions.
- Participate in solution validation.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and coordinating test execution with users
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Requirements Analyst.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Preferred:
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Backlog, Lucidchart, etc.
- Experience with data modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, etc.
- Understanding systems engineering concepts and data modeling.
- Certifications such as PMI-PBA.

- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
