Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, and tax.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reports.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with GAAP and regulations.
- Coordinate and manage annual audit process, liaising with external auditors.
- Streamline and optimize accounting and financial reporting processes.
- Build and scale the accounting function to support growth.
- Develop trusted relationships with internal leaders and external financial partners.
Education
- Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
