Description
The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing the key messages, designs, and communications pertaining to the Foundation’s core mission, which will be developed in unison with leadership. The ideal candidate is a quick and creative thinker who operates well in a fluid environment. The position will work to enhance the brand and image of the Foundation within the community, while enhancing the visibility and reach of the message. The candidate will work under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer to form a roadmap to which the Foundation will adhere, including key themes, messages, and tactics used to engage the key target markets of the Foundation. A core function of the position is leveraging social media, email marketing, and other communication methods and creating attractive and brand-consistent collateral items. The ideal candidate has familiarity with creating design pieces, understands the macro environment in which the Foundation operates, has strong communication skills, and has a love for our faith community.
