Responsibilities
- Produce financial statements and owner’s reports for multiple retail properties.
- Develop annual budgets for multiple retail properties.
- Reconcile CAM, tax, and insurance payments and ensure tenant compliance.
- Review General Ledger and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare quarterly loan compliance reports and manage fixed asset reconciliations.
- Monitor tenant accounts receivable and collaborate with staff for issue resolution.
- Communicate with property owners verbally and in writing.
- Coordinate financial management transitions for new properties.
- Review and correct property reports for data accuracy.
- Manage monthly charge schedules and create quarterly reforecasts with variance explanations.
- Perform NPV analysis of leasing deals and assist with CAM and financial audits.
- Build recovery models and forecast revenue streams on new developments.
- Manage and direct the property accounting team.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
