Skills
- Proficiency with Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Strong general ledger and GAAP knowledge.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in month-end closing duties including bank reconciliations, depreciation, amortization, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Review and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages.
- Support financial audits, tax filings, and compliance activities.
- Develop and document accounting policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Maintain general ledger integrity and perform variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance reporting.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
