Overview

This position will support the plastic surgery team by assisting with updating and understanding Children’s Mercy metrics,  huddle boards, timecard edits, travel arrangements, ordering clinic supplies, and connecting with families.

If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Provides high level secretarial functions for the department to include scheduling, demographics and insurance infomation for patiens charts. 
  • Operates and manages office communications, including telephone, FAX, and e-mail.
  • Performs, accounting activities, creates expense reports, work orders, assists with capital equipment requests, and orders office supplies.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $18.74/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

 

 

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
