Responsibilities
- Explore data proactively and in response to loss events to identify opportunities to reduce losses while maintaining member experience.
- Enhance efficiency in dispute and fraud management processes to minimize manual interventions.
- Develop and maintain actionable dashboards and reports tracking Risk performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for ad-hoc requirements.
- Support fraud loss forecasting to meet accounting and finance needs.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, statistics, math, economics, or a quantitatively rigorous discipline preferred
